I'm going fishing this weekend! Dang it!

The boat has not been moved since last year and i hear it calling my name!
Over the winter the powerhead was off and a bunch of stuff replaced,The lower was off again and stripped to metal and fresh paint.

Its looks nice in the yard on the trailer but man i got to hit the water!
I have been so busy in the job searching and doing side work on other boats its now time for ME to have a little fun!

Ready for the Spring shake down cruise!! Hope all is well!

Just had to vent a little........carry on...

Wish you well Gary. I'm planning on the spring launch this weekend also. Boat is ready, had her fired up purring like a kitten. Just wished I didn't have to drain everything for the freezing temps that this global warming is causing us.

Going to be in the 70s according to Mr Liar, err weatherman, Saturday. Boat is ready enough to go BUT, brother's boat needs to be towed up here for some work and...his truck is busted, guess what I get to do instead of this year's maiden voyage? On a bright note he will owe me and I will collect, eventually

Lowkee....yea it has its ups and downs. I was real busy last week but only one job this week so far.
I have about a 3 to 4 hour job tomorrow......Boat gas funds!!

Did a job Saturday for a young guy who bought a pontoon and had no idea how to even start it.
I serviced the lower and had him up and running after fixing a few wiring issues.New primer ball and fuel line fitting was leaking.
He was so happy i got a 40 buck tip on top of the bill...
I love jobs like that,they go smooth and a happy customer..
I really try to give them their moneys worth on labor. I have the tools and supplies ready when i pull up.

Good luck Gary. I had mine out once 2 weekends ago for a little bit of a Spring shakedown cruise. My dad and I are going to go fishing on Thursday. I can't wait. Wish you were closer. I'd definitely hire you to rebuild my carbs.

It was just me and my Nephew going this weekend but now his girlfriend and my sister have kinda invited themselves...
Hard to say no but man its so much better with just the two of us..
