I'm going boating tomorrow morning.

So I'm thinking about slipping the boat in the river for a few hours early tomorrow morning. Here's what I'm gonna bring, what else should I consider?

My dog.
Couple fishing poles and tackle (with some nightcrawlers, they never fail )
A small grill, and some hotdogs for lunch.
Cooler with some beverages.
I've also got a CD player on the boat for some tunes.

Just thought I'd see what else y'all think I should bring

4 PFD's, one for each seat
2 oars
Extra anchor
Extra Prop
Tool Kit
First aid kit
Flashlight
Spare fuses.
Tow line and extra dock lines.
Dock bumpers
Nav. Lights for at night

Think that's about it

There is a place near me in the Gulf called Passage Key (nicknamed Package Key) where the nudist boaters go to hang out (literally).

Problem is, you gotta take the good with the bad there!​

Well I'm leaving about 5 hours late! This turned into an early afternoon boating trip.. On a saturday, ugh... I'm ALMOST thinking of not going, I don't wanna play bumper boats...

Well I had a great time today. Was out for a few hours. It really wasn't as busy as I thought it'd be.. Was a good surpise.

I didn't bring any dog food, but I wasn't out very long. As for water, he'll ignore the bowl and just drink outta the river, so I stopped bringing the bowl too.

It sucks I wish I could ski, but I'm the only one with a boat, and none of my friends know how to drive it, let alone drive it without me onboard
