ignition timing plate unreadable due to rust

I've just rebuilt a 1979 OMC inboard 140 hp 3.0l engine the timing plate is rusted to where I can't read the numbers. Can anyone tell me what they are? Thankyou

Are you asking what the timing specs are?

I think he is indicating that the timing pointer is rusty and he can not read the numbers
