In my bayliner 2.3L ford OMC the ignition system is burning up. I have replaced the coil, points, condensor, starter selenoid and dist. cap. We can not seem to fine the problem. The motor runs great fir about 15 minutes then all of a sudden it starts popping and missing. Then a few minutes later it just shuts off. Then it will start up and run a little and when u got to get on plane it shuts off. Then it will not start for about 45 mins. and repeats.
