I have purchesed a new switch to install. Checked the new one against the old one. It is a little different as far as the mounting post positions. The problem is the switch in the boat has a post lables MA and another labled M. The new switch has two post labled M. I don't know how to figure out where which M to put the MA wires on. Any help would be greatly appricated. Thanks, Kevin

Re: Ignition switch

It shouldnt be to hard to figure out. There are three positions of the switch. In the off position it would be the constant. The second would be for your acc power. And the third will give power to the starter. Use a tester and figure out what wire is your constant and what one goes to your acc power and you will have it made.
