I have a Quicksilver throttle control and the key switch is bad. can I mount a generic switch in the dash? Are these switches interchangable or do I need one from Quicksilver?
Hceck your local dealer. I had to replace mine and I found a off brand that fit. Make sure you see how many pole are on the original and take your time with the wires. The abbreviations are a little different. Once I got mine in, I had to go back and switch a couple of wires. A good wiring diagram will help alot.
