Replaced my ignition switch this afternoon on my 1990 Johnson 115 VRO. After installation, I do not have power to the ignition switch. After about an hour or two of testing, rechecking, referencing the following to make sure I am correct, I am stumped

I am pretty certain I made the cardinal sin in not unhooking the battery while working on it. I figure my lack of "energizing" is due to a blown fuse. I checked the fuse on the battery good, fuse panel under drivers dash good.
I get 12.75 volts on battery and at fuse box. While under the drivers dash, it appears that there are two powers supplies. one to ignition switch and one to the guages. Is this possible?
The radio does work, (seperate wiring?) but nothing with the switch works, the guages do not move.
Since I have no tilt or trim at the moment, I am unable to tilt the motor to get the cowl off. (any ideas how to tilt?)
So I suspect that a fuse on the motor is blown, if so where? If not where else to track this down?
