I have key switches in two locations on this boat, two up top on the flybridge, and two below in the engine room. The port engine key switch on the flybridge has power, the light and buzzer go on, however it wont turn over the engine. Down below, the key switch in the engine room cranks it right up. I checked the wiring and it seems to be all good, and I didnt do anything with any wiring or fiddling around recently to make it not work. I switched key swithes from bottom to top, and the same issue occured. Are there seperate solonoids or something here? Where do I look, I am very confused. Thanks, Jon

seems to be, may be the problem. Try checking the wire with a meter, some corrosion is somewhere between the switch and engine.
I bet, if you hooked a temporary wire up, it would work. (been there, with that problem). It even showed good on the meter, until I tried to start, then voltage dropped.

And use marine wire.

There should be a junction box behind the lower control station containing some bus bars that tie the 2 stations (3 if it has a tower) together before going to the engines. You can start your testing there.
