No such thing as "Just stepdad" unless stepdad wants it that way. Oh, kiddos may see it that way, and it may take years for them to understand differently, but when you love their momma, take care of her, and love them as your own, eventually they appreciate it. Good Stepdads are a special breed. Good on you for being as close as possible and understanding and respecting the situation.

Avionics in Pensacola. 7 hours from the house driving, in my regional territory for 'business trips' to see him and Southwest 50 minute flight to BNA and we corral almost all spending and my flights on Southwest Visa.
