i have a 1996 25hp 3 cyl. evinrude. the problem is it idle fast so as to when i am trolling the boat moves to fast. i adjusted the screw where the motor handle will go further to slow speed.it works until about 1 minute after the motor starts idling rough and quits.any suggestions thanks.
