Idle screw settings

I have an 86 yamaha 150 prov does anyone know what the factory settings are for the idle mixture screws?!? <br />Thanks!

in genaral 1.5 turns is a good starting place. I don't know if it aplies to your carb, just most carbs.<br />Richard

Wondering if idle mixture screw is the same thing as the pilot screw. Does it adjust fuel/air or fuel/oil or just fuel?<br /><br />*newer model Yamaha 150's in my Clymer manual indicate 1.5 turns for the pilot screw

IT monitors just fuel I believe but I think 1.5 is pretty close I have tuned each carb and they are all within a 1/4 turn of 1.5 so that is probably it. Thanks!
