idle mixture

I have a 1971 50hp evinrude and I am rebuiding the carbs. I neglected to count the turns when I removed the idle mixture screws and I was wondering if there was a adjustment setting for these screws.I can't find one in my service manual. Thanks for your help. Birdman

I don't rember the exact settings but go to search function here and do a search on joe reeves carb settings and he has put some good input in this subject<br /> web page
