If all you did was rebuild it then you really only replaced gaskets and the bowl plunger mechanism? You shouldn't necessarily need to adjust anything. Theoretically you only cleaned it up
I always turn my mixture screws in until they lightly seat counting the turns, then write this down as the starting point prior to rebuild. Obviously this might not help you now, but for future reference..... Hopefully someone in this forum knows where to start, or you'll have to download a service manual.
