I was on here a couple of weeks ago about a new 6 hp Nissan that I bought over the net. I could only start it on high idle. I can't get anyone to look at it as warranty work so like another post on here, they wanted to charge for set up, which I'd pay $40 to $50 . That's OK but I'm looking at 200 miles for 2 round trips. My question is this, could this just be a carb idle and speed setting like I read about on the previous $160 set up post. If so, can someone tell me the procedure to the carb to lower the throttle required so it starts at a lower throttle setting. I know about the idle screw but I don't think that's what the problem is.
