Can anyone tell me or post a picture of the location of the idle adjustment screw on a Mercrusier 4.3 LX Gen+ carb

Depends which carb and which 4.3 LX, several have been made of different designs

The idle adjust is located on the same piece that the throttle linkage is attached to. Should be below it

You can play with the adjustment a bit but remember there is a timed connection to your helm...
