Uh that is a tug boat pushing the freighter into position, the idiot is the guy that released the anchor...

Poor dude on the tug too ...

Puttin' in his 8, shoving another buffalo on to the pier ... WHAM ... he looked like a rag doll coming off the deck. I wonder if they gave him a day off to recover from that? Musta' ached horrible the next morning.

I bet some choice words were provided by the skipper of the tug to the captain of the freighter in regards to one of his crew members placement of the ancor....
