does it have a hull id # standing behind the boat, should be on the upper right of the transom. there were quite a few day sailors built like that.

It's a Luger kit boat. Luger made fiberglass component kits of all different types for the home builders. I think they started business in the 1950s and closed in the 1980s.

BillP is correct! That is a 22' Luger Southwind, a swing-keel clone of a Venture 21. Good interior room as I recall, but a tender sailer (I sailed on a friend's boat. She liked hers so much she bought the stuff for the 26 footer, which came out a LOT better).
