Looking for ideas or mounts for my square saddle tanks in my 80 25' daycruiser. Rather not use fiberglass. Hoping there's some kind of strap or mount i can buy and screw to floor. I don't think there the original gas tanks.

Of all the researching I have read... screw holes in deck tend to allow water thru floor and then comes rot. What I did was glass extra wood to top of deck and screw to that. Put a lot of effort into a solid rehab and didn't want to ruin it a few years out..... for what its worth

Those tanks have screw flanges, or so it looks. Why not glass a piece of wood to the gunwale and screw the tank into it? Alternatively, there are lots of straps for fuel tanks. Those could be screwed to the glassed on wood and wrapped around the tank.

You need a conduit for those hoses, wires and cables. They are a fire and tripping hazard.

What kind of conduit? All the wires that go over the tank is in the wire loom. All the mess wound up in front are amp audio wires. I just had floor and stringers done and there just tied up out of the way off floor. They will be in loom also once I get carpet in

Conduit could be PVC pipe, spiral plastic or the split corrugated plastic for electrical wires, whatever you think appropriate.

You have that mess of purple wires and that multi wire cable hanging out. Something (fish hook, boat pole, toe...) will catch in it and damage it or you.

Heck wrapping it with electrical tape is better than what you have now.
