ID, part numbers and so on

Im trying to help out a fellow fisherman in my area with this motor. He has the engine ID to go with for parts. Its a small older 5.5 fisherman. Year maybe 60 give or take a few.<br /><br />"Evinrude, 5524R, 09621".<br /><br />He has mentioned it bogging out at low speed. <br /><br />My plan is to get all the part numbers and have him pick up or order the parts and then bring it here and we can spend a day with it.<br /><br />Coils, powerhead gasket, impeler, carb rebuild kit, float, <br /><br />Any other things i should check out?
