have an outboard says western auto model esk 6617-a57 serial 57-082564, need help to ID, has a tecumseh engine air cooled, any info would be appreciated, thanks.
Eska built motor.Uses a Air cooled Tecumseh power head with a water cooled exhaust leg.Do you have an idea of horsepower?My guess is it is from the 70s but don't have Wizard numbers from those years.
I found it on eska site its a 1975 eska 7.5 hp one cyl. air cooled, no other info, do you have any info as far as oil to gas mix? anyone know where to get any more info?
75 7.5 uses the AV817 Tecumseh.8.17cu. in.32:1 fuel mix use TCW3 rated
oil.specified in my aftermarket manual.I get my info from that manual you may find one at the library or on ebay.
