Help!! We bought a prop from iboats.com. It was not constructed correctly. We began calling and emailing for return information, following their return protocol. They say on their phone "we will not answer your call, please email". We have sent 6 emails requesting to begin the return process. Every response is "we will contact you in 1 to 3 days". Nothing!! Do not purchase from this bogus company!!
