iboats Calendar

The members of iboats put out a calendar in 2010 that went from May to May. I still have mine. Was wondering if anyone thought of doing another one this years?

I still have mine also, it has been brought up several times since, apparently a lot of folks said I want one but, when the time came, not enough actually bought one for it to be at least a break even proposition. A member worked that one and lost, so none since.

I wasn't aware. They were very nice calenders. I hope it happens again. I would pay any price.

I thought for a while that we were going to put one together on the MFG forum TC but since Jon Sob hasn't been around it kinda fell through ..
I would certainly purchase a few if someone put it together ... :joyous:

For sure. But, like the original, each month had multiple pictures. I'm sure everyone could squeeze in. Plus who says that it has to be only a twelve month calender.

Lol, I see what you meant there 64.

I remember the iboats calendar... Looking back at past topics covering the calendar, the calendar idea seemed to be created by Don S himself while iboats themselves didn't have to much involvement with it.

The next was the announcement that the calendars were ready for ordering. I gather it was A LOT of work, and Don did a superb job. I asked a year or so later about the next edition, and was sadly told that the response to the first was no good enough to justify another... Shame, I liked it. And yes, Bills' barge is there....

I checked on the lulu site, and it's still in place. The preview works and all...
