A handcuffed woman stole a Plano police car and made a getaway.<br /><br />"It's possible that she could still be handcuffed and just turn around backward and drive the car backward," Plano Detective Jerry Minton. "It's happened before. Not here, but in other cities."<br /><br />That would be tough to live down if you were the arresting officer.

She put her hands under her feet and got them in front of her. Simple trick every cop ought to know about.

Police described the woman as 5 feet 2 inches tall, 110 pounds with blond hair. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and tan pants.
