Look at what I saw on the river yesterday. That's right, it's a 13'-14' aluminum canoe with a fully functional smoker strapped to it and an electric trolling motor to power her by !?!?!? Best of all, he was cooking away as we went by. I'm veggie these days, but it smelled great 
Thankfully, it's a NO WAKE zone, but it was still an awfully tipsy set up, but he was still afloat when I passed by a few hrs later on the return trip. On the one hand, it's a perfect example of Good 'ol Florida Redneck engineering at its finest, combining all the best things in life; food, family and fun of the water. On the other hand, it's a disaster waiting to happen, albeit a tasty smoke-infused sort of disaster. I still can't decide if this is the smartest, or dumbest thing I've ever seen on the water, but it's gotta rank pretty high in both categories. Enjoy!
