Does anyone know if they make a transon saver for I/O's?

I have a 1994 Four Winns with a 3.0L OMC I/O and when trailering the outdrive swings back and forth from side to side. I've thought about simply tieing a rope to prevent it from moving (the steering wheel spins accordingly), but was now wondering about something thats a bit more secure and made for trailering.

Thanks!

Those things will support the transom, and are highly recommended for trailering I/O's if you don't have them. But, it won't have any effect whatsoever on the steering swing you're talking about.

After putting on the clips, I usually just push mine to one side or the other and it stays there under it's own weight. If yours doesn't, I'd guess that your rope idea is probably best to solve that.

They are at West Marine and Boaters World, around $20.00 a pair. Good Investment. Cut to fit.

Im not sure if this is correct, but i use a strap to keep things from bouncing and straight.
