I recall you previous big boat. IIRC the marina delivered and dropped it on supports in your drive. Trailer is nice. Do you have a drawbar vehicle to get it back into the water?first snow of the season . . .

Kind of early in the season for a measurable snow. I plan on moving to boat up next to the garage door. Then maybe make a tent over the aft end, so I can work on it during the winter.
That was Joe, the boat hauler that I used. Having a trailer is convenient.I recall your previous big boat. IIRC the marina delivered and dropped it on supports in your drive. Trailer is nice. Do you have a drawbar vehicle to get it back into the water?
Isn't that boat to truck ratio a bit out of spec? That was Joe, the boat hauler that I used. Having a trailer is convenient.
I tow the boat (locally) with my F-150 Ecoboost 4x4.
The max tow F150s are are rated up to like 14k or so. (Source, we have one) I think this boat dry is in the 11k range?Isn't that boat to truck ratio a bit out of spec?
Yes, a wee bit out of specIsn't that boat to truck ratio a bit out of spec?
Oh hell back to that specific unit of measure.... 'wee bit'Yes, a wee bit out of spec![]()
RCH. Universal unit of measure. .....at least in Iowa and Manitowoc.units of measure in decreasing granularity:
wee bit
just a tad
smidge
RCH
I use strong and shy when looking at a tape measureunits of measure in decreasing granularity:

see PMok what is RCH?
that explains why google didn't return any results however R is a new, clarifying dimension. Kinda thought they were all the same....see PM
For me shy and strong is as much as 1/16", but often 1/32"I use strong and shy when looking at a tape measure
That's about right in my world. For me shy and strong is as much as 1/16", but often 1/32"
For cutting things, if you want 'shy' cut the line, if you want strong leave the line.![]()
