Hello All, I need side bunks really bad...Here is a pic of my boat, i'm not sure if I should get the long wood w/carpet, or the roller bunks...My boat floats really high in the water, do I need them to be high bunks or will the low profile models work?....Any help would be appreciated. I'm thinkin of building some myself and have it welded but don't know what is going to be easiest to retrieve the boat.....Warren
Here's the pic....
http://members.dslextreme.com/users/warren1974/images/boat.JPG

Hi Warren, you need bunks that are high enough to stick out of the water about 4-6 inches when the trailer is submerged.

I've had the single pole/roller guides on a boat similar to yours. They worked ok but they set up a vibration when going down the road, and pounded on the boat. Situation was remedied by stretching a rubber tie down strap from guide to guide, over the top of the boat.

Let us know how you make out.
