I need points for a 1978 Honda 10 h.p outboard

Hello this is my first post, hopefully I am doing this right. I have an old Honda 10 H.P outboard with the #B100-1001804 197 cc. I was told it is a 1978? I need points for it, part #30202-935-004 can anyone help guide me to the right place to get them? I ordered them from a place in Wisconsin 2 weeks ago, they said they were available; now they say they are on back order indefinately. Please help if you can. Thank you.

I am not surprised that that point set is backordered. Honda ,as well as most manufacturers,are making vintage parts increasingly difficult to get.If you have the set already ordered,bite your lip and wait.If you have a Honda marine dealer that has been around for awhile nearby,you might try checking with that parts counter.They may have them in stock and would be happy to get rid of them.
