I need help with some scratches

I have done damp/wet sanding on a Bartoca DA from 400 grit, 800 so far. I was going to follow up with 1000, 1500, and 3M super heavy-duty rubbing compound with a Dewalt rotary, then paste wax. Nothing seems to be working... It is all grey with sanding marks and the big scratches are still there as seen in the video (pic is before). Any tips? Thanks.
