i have a 1985 evinrude 120hp motor that i put reeds in this year now the bottom carburator spits gas out of it and it acts like that carb is not working and boat is misfiring it will not go on plane i ohmed out the coils and they seam to be within limits could this be a power pack problem ? all of last year when you would be running down the lake wide open it would seam to shut off all power for about a second and kick back in
