I need help older merc 60 6hp twin

I believe this motor is a 1964 I had it running but it doesn’t shoot water I tried getting wire in the pickup tube but it wasn’t dirty or blocked up. Tried flushing it with air and water also the flush hole but nothing comes out any where is there any other step to take before I pull the power head and check internally for clogging.

yes....replace the water pump impeller...

I all ready did and tested it, it shoots water fine I’m having a issue there must be a clog in the line when I first got the motor I replaced impeller the old one was all intact I was reading online a peice could have ripped off and went up the line and clogged it that is where I’m stuck
