Does anybody know where I can buy a sx single prop drive 1.79 ratio.
The dealers I have spoken with tell me none are available from Volvo.

I have one in great shape. Drive upper is 10 years old. Lower was replaced new about 4 years ago by PO. I got it the following season and ran it until last year. I upgraded to a complete DP drive this past spring and was keeping it around until I was sure the used DP wasn't going to eat itself. I was gonna wait until spring to move it with the big rush on equipment, but if you are interested PM me. It's in great shape and lube was always spotless when I drained it (twice per season) Never had a problem, just wanted a DP. I know the previous owner and he used is about a dozen times for about 2 hours each time (he was shipping off to Iraq and places quite often), and I put may 20 hours hours on in in the three years I owned. So my guess is over the last 7-8 years it's had regular use but probably only about 40-50 hours.
I repalced the U-Joints at the end of the season two years ago (no water intrusion, just could tell they hadn't been done) and then I upgraded, so they are essentially brand new.
I have 2 (or is it three - have to double check) props I could toss in with various sizes.
Was mated to a Ford 5.0 EFI, so it wasn't getting hammered with HP
, and both the prev owner and me have small kids, mostly low speed cruising.
As mentioned above, there are other options on ebay.
