I had some work done by the dealer on my 30 HP 2007 Honda outboard.
It came back fine but I hooked up the power from my battery backwards.
The engine will start and run ONE time...and it fries a 10 amp fuse that is in a waterproof pack next to the voltage regulator...there is a 1 amp fuse on the other side of the regulator but it doesnt fry.
Then I noticed some smoke coming from the electrical panel on the port side of the engine....up by the ECM
Do you think that I might have totally fry all of my electronics?

Missing part of the story I think. You say you hooked it up backwards, started it, and blew a fuse. What happened after that?

In hindsight, if I could rephrase my question, I would ask what happened after you corrected the battery wiring mistake and replaced the fuse?
