Just a matter of time before he hits a wave / wake just right, the wind is just right and speed is WAY MORE than that thing can handle and all of a sudden, the bow is pointing straight up after the air lifts it right out of the water and flips it, killing all onboard. Mark my words......

Then the Next of Kin will be trying to sue everyone on the lake that they can blame, that they (thier lawyer) say "caused the death of this poor driver, who, was just out on his pontoon boat for a leisurely day on the water".

Thats what I was thinking too. Especially with the kids in the tube. So much for reading the maximum horse power rating sticker on that toon!

there is a tritoon on lake martin here in Alabama with some type of inboard that I have seen going 50 or so. It's pretty scary looking! I cannot imagine 70+!
