I have to share! I have the best friend ever!

My buddy made my wife and I a homemade beer and THEN made some custom labels for our Maiden Voyage in the new Starcraft. Unbelievable! ...and the beer (a tasty amber), was delish. Needless to say, he has an open invitation to go fishing on the boat, which I am naming the Robert Scott after my Father and Uncle respectively.

Thanks Huron! It is beautiful up here in Northern Idaho, no doubt! btw, that's Lake Coeur d'Alene in the picture. Now if we could only get the flooding of the lake and rivers to slow down so the fishing would pick up....

That's a nice lookin boat tevhug. Bet the beer went good in the sendoff too. When did you find any weather dry enough to boat in. Maybe the rain isn't so much on the little lake there. I hear the kokanee are getting some size down there, hopefully we'll get a season back up here again. Pend Orielle raised about 10 feet this week and now is near flood stage too. Streams and rivers at, above, or near flood all over up here. I may have to get back down south this year or next. Actually I've never fished CDA lake. Good luck fishin there. I'm not gonna make it til I get back from a trip end of next month. I hear Kookanusa is way down anyway and you can only launch in 2 spots.
