I have a problem with the tilt, any sugestions.

I have a mercury 90 hourse oil injected motor. The tilt worked the other day and now it stoped. I checked the flued and toped it off and thats where I'm at. Firt boat I purchased and I haven't got it in the water yet. Any sugestions? Any idea where I can get the manual for this motor?

Is the tilt motor running? Or are you getting nothing(No sound) when you try to tilt it? What year motor are we talking about?
