I have a Lawrence 9 ti2, blank white screen.

I have a 3 year Lawrence ti2. I've only used a fer times, i had a boat rebuild take long than it should have,
First problem was a grounding issue, tech support walk my through it. I c an hold the power wire to get a good ground, Not sure if its fixed, Went out the last 2 times, and touch screen work, then while out fishing I lost the sonar screen, only, every thing else work fine,
Because it 3 years old, its covered by limited warranty,
45.00 to test it
200 to repair it
And 420 to replace it.
They cost about 1000.00
Before I send it in, in a couple of weeks, is this a problem I can resolve? I have the latest software up date.

Power and ground issues can cause all kinds of weird problems in electronics.

First thing I’d do is a permanent fix for the power/ ground issue.

Run through the transducer configuration page to confirm the transducer is setup properly.

Configure a split screen display using sonar and navigation

Run factory reset

Return for repair…..

I’m sure there are more things to try to narrow down the problem, but that would require knowledge of the boot sequence /process.

Could probably figure it out, but would require me getting my hands on the unit
