hello any help would be great , not sure if im have the wool pulled over my eyes so to say .
i had a boat that sat for year an half , run when it was taken out of the water . so i take it in an they said the carbs needed to be redone , that i can see with it sitting , so the carbs were rebuilt , an vro done an oil side taken out .
now when i put it in the water , it would not go over 3200 rpm , the guy who did the boat said it is not drawing air thought two carbs , top an bottom.
the say the carbs are fine reed vales are fine , may be a smal leat at crank seals , what else could cause this , any help would be great i don;t want to get ripped off ..
