I have a '62 Merc 800 Full Gear Shift. Should I part it or sell it as a whole?

I have a '62 Merc 800 Full Gear Shift engine that I am wanting to sell. It is a straight 6 cylinder and has a rebuilt powerhead and new carbs. The compression ratings are written on the head across from the spark plugs. They are 120, 120, 125, 120, 130, 130. The serial # is 1401605A. I think that all the engine needs is an ignition relay and plug wires. Would I be better off selling it as a whole or parting it out? It is complete but the remote control is not included.
