I.D of Evinrude outboards

I have 3 outboards I would like i.d'd<br />15hp #e15rcde,4hp #e0003007,2hp #ejrceb,(belgium)<br />I would like any info, on these. I've had them for a few years. I am changing the 15hp over to tiller steering. I need the small hold down clamp for holding the throttle cable to the housing (the small adjustment ball)Anything else I need to know? I am going to leave the electric start on the motor. Do I need to hook up the kill button on the tiller arm? If so..where do the wires go? THANK YOU M.F.

I just found the correct model number for that 4hp....4904d, if you could get me the info. on that it would help...mike
