Well I did it again....I went out and purchased a 1991 2300 maxum SCR. Last boat I had was about 30 years ago. It was a Grady White (wood) I think it was 18" or 20' it's been awhile. Picked it up near the PA/MD line tonite earlier this evening. Everything was going well on the way home until the sky opened up! It got so bad I actually slowed down to a crawl because I couldn't see 2 feet in front of me. Fourtunately my wife was follwing me and I told her(two-way radio) to put on her 4-way's to advise the drivers behind her and thank god everyone on the roadway used good judgement and slowed to a crawl and waited for the storm to subside. There was so much debris on the roadway that a branch pulled my trailer pulg away from my truck an I lost my lights. Luckily I was a mile away from home I'm just glad we made it home without any problems and I'm happy to be back in the game!
