I can trim it up ,but only in forward gear,no up in reverse at all,92 cobra 4.3

Its a 92 cobra, 4.3 in a 195 4 winns. I can trim up if the shifter is forward in gear, or as long as the throttle is forward about 30%. I have no trim up in reverse at all. Trim down works fine in all positions. The unit will creep down also.

Your trim switch wire is broken, you need to replace the switch, cormeister
