Hynautic K6 on Mercury 200XRi

A buddy of mine just pulled a Hynautic steering system off his bass boat and I'm wondering if I can make it work on my mid 90's Mercury 200XRi? Can it work and is it an appropriate system for that motor?

I'm not familiar with Hynautic. Is that a good system?

The cylinder is a K6 and the helm is an H820

Thanks. I had seen the connection back to Teleflex and some parts here and there.

Basically I'm trying to get into hydraulic steering and I can do it with free parts with the Hynautic system or for something like $800 (which isn?t in the budget) for a new Teleflex system.

So any input on capabilities or this application would be great.
