Hydrofoil Installation Instructions?

I have a pair of hyrofoils I got from another boat. They look like Doel Fins. Can anyone tell me where they should be mounted on the anti-cavitation plate? All the way back, centered over prop, etc? I want to install them on an OMC Stringer outdrive.

I have found better results with them 3/4 of the way back (roughly)<br />you can mount them any where

FYI, Davis Marine (www.davisnet.com) advised to mount Doel-fins centered over prop if possible.

WARNING----Be certain that hydrofoil can not come in contact with swim platform, ladder or other equipment attached to the transom...throughout its sphere of movement, test completely before drilling. Recently witnessed lower gear housing cavitation plate snap when hydrofoil caught ladder while trimming up outdrive...........

Installed hydro-foils this weekend. Great improvement; I'm glad I did it.
