Hydro Hoist boat lifts

I purchased a hydro hoist and the guys are putting it together for me at the shop. When the weather breaks a little more we are going to float into my slip and install it. I got so tired of debris build up on my hull I bought a lift. I decided on the Hydro hoist at the boat show. I cant wait to get it in the water and run it up and down a few times. Any thoughts or suggestions by fellow lift owners?

If you are not keeping this at a private dock, get something to prevent other people at the marina. I chain or piece of wood tied to both end cleats works well. If you don't do this EVERY trailer boater in the lake will give it a try.
