Ok, I buy a new to me boat, w/200 johnson and hydraulic steering. Get boat home, and one of the seals is spraying oil. Hmm, what are the chances. Anyway, try to take cylinder off, disconnect lines and nuts holding brackets. Can't make this thing budge. The stud that goes thru the tilt tube will not move. I can hammer on brackets and nothing. I have tried penetrant, air chisel, and BFH. No luck. Don't want to use the heat wrench. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.
