i am having an issue with fuel not making it to the engine i changed the pressure pump up bulb and the fuel filter by it when you get the boat to start it will run a few seconds and empty the fuel filter. the pressure bulb also gets flat like it has a blockage between the fuel tank and the pressure bulb. i have also opened the gas cap and the vent cap to see if that works as well. is here another filter im missing hidden in the hull? if so where and whats next thanks

Ya gotta eliminate things, is it the tank or is it the motor? To eliminate one or the other, take the fuel hose on the tank side of the primer bulb and put in a small tank of gas. Just stick the hose in the filler hole, squeeze the bulb and see if the motor runs. Don't knock over the small tank!

BTW - What motor?
