Hello, I have a Humminbird Fishfinder 565. The temp sensor is connected through a wire to the transducer and the temp sensor has stopped working or at least stopped showing on the screen. The transducer still works fine, by the way the transducer is shoot through the hull and the temp sensor is mounted on the transom. Any thoughts?

Check your programming and see if you accidently told it not to display the temp.

also make sure the little metal wire keeper is holding the wires in correctly.......i had a similar prob with my 565........my power wire would slide down inside the housing just enough to not connect.

also check through your book and see if you have overlooked something.......ill see if i can find my book and see if there is anyhting that could be turned off..........and like bhile said you or some one else may have turned the display off---------------my kids played with mine while i was at work and i had to go in and reset the defaults and start all over because i couldnt get the "zoom window" off the display.
