Well, we've changed our mind again! Now considering the Humminbird 747C FishFinder. Thought as 'beginners' on fishfinder, color would be easier to understand? This is a 5" with 640V x 480H ULTRA HIGH RESOLUTION. DualBeam Plus, Max. 4000 watts Peak-To-Peak (500 Watts RMS) Power Output. Prefer the Humminbird over our original choice of the Eagle because my husband likes the idea of the Tilt & Swivel Quick Disconnect Mount System. Thinks it a good idea to remove from boat when not in use. Does anybody have anything to say about this new choice?? Or perhaps you have a choice of your own? Price for this around $364.95.
Boy, the choices of these are OVERWHELMING!!

I have an older Humminbird Wide Eye and I like the quick disconnect also, you can get a GPS add-on for yours too. (I think) My cousin loves his as well .(with GPS)
