Just noticed that wellcraft put one strake line all the way down the boat about 1' off the keel, second strake run's only for the first 7' from the bow and end's. (6" above the keel)

This thing has a complete mind of it's own @ the ramp,( wander's worse than any of my kids) could this be one of the cause's?

Nope. At very low speeds the strakes are to small to have any effect. What is your Wellcraft's deadrise? Generally more deadrise results in more wander.

R U running a 4-blade prop? Sometimes that helps a little.

Trim tabs full down absolutely help . . . I have 20 degrees as well (and the same type of strake setup for that matter), I can take my hand off the wheel for 10 - 20 seconds with the tabs full down, not even close with them up.

4 blade has been put on recently,no difference at low speed (high is another story) I do have a set of tabs for a 17' and it look's like if i just upgrade the schocks im good to go,.........................tab's actually help a boat from wandering @ idle speed's?

Absolutely, no question, SmartTabs and helm adjustable in down position, both help a lot. For idle speed I would bet you wouldn't even need more HD shocks.
